When you complete onboarding, Ariex sends your fitness profile (goal, age, sex, height, weight, training days, and session duration) to Google's Gemini AI to create a plan tailored to you. Your exercise history may also be included to set realistic starting weights. This data is used solely to generate your plan.
You can add exercises to your plan and adjust sets, reps, weights, and rest times. The overall plan structure is managed by Ariex to ensure progression. You can also create fully custom plans manually.
After each workout session, Ariex automatically adjusts your target weights based on your performance. If you hit all your target sets and reps, the weight is increased by a small increment (2.5 kg for barbell, 1 kg for other equipment). The app also schedules periodic deload weeks for recovery.
No problem - just skip it and continue with your next scheduled session. Ariex tracks your progress per session, not by date, so missing a day does not break your plan.
Inside an active workout, tap on any exercise row to open the set logging sheet. Enter your reps and weight, then save. You can log multiple sets and view your previous performance directly in the app.
Yes. Go to Settings → Profile to update your fitness goal, training days, session duration, and other preferences. Note that changes to your profile do not automatically regenerate your existing AI plan.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. This will permanently delete your profile, workout history, and training plans within 30 days. If you need help, email us at support@ariex.fit.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest (AES-256). We use Firebase Authentication for secure login and MMKV with encryption for local storage on your device. We never sell your personal data.
First, try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, check for app updates in the App Store. If it is still not resolved, contact us at support@ariex.fit with a description of the problem and your device model and OS version.
